You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link provided in the newsletter or by sending a corresponding message to contact@specnews.com. After unsubscribing, your email address will be immediately deleted from our newsletter distribution list, unless you have expressly agreed to further use of your data or we reserve a data usage beyond that which is legally permissible and of which we inform you in this explanation.

We use the ALTCHA service to protect our forms from spam and abuse by identifying automated bots and ensuring that forms are only completed by real users. ALTCHA uses a privacy-friendly Proof-of-Work mechanism, which does not require cookies or fingerprinting.

The usage of ALTCHA is technically necessary for providing forms in a secure way and therefore does not require user consent. Subsequent processing of personal data is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. f) GDPR and our legitimate interest in securing our forms against automated entries.
